HANSEL Carl Edward Hansel, Jr. 70, November 24, 1940-January 07, 2011. Carl was born in Logan Ohio to the late Carl E. Hansel Sr. and Mamie Belle Hansel. He was in the U.S.A.F., then with the FAA until he pursued his dream of being a successful entrepreneur. He is predeceased by his sisters Betty Piechota and Peggy Higganbothan. Carl is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Christel Hansel, sons David Lee and Jeffrey Andrew (Beth), one grandson Tyler Jeffrey, a sister Barbara Douglas and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of N. E. Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, Florida, 32257.
