Warren Bettes was a trusted neighbor and good friend during our Jr. & Sr. years at duPont and thereafter at JU. He had that light blue T-Bird and enjoyed skeet and two loves of duPont days – to the end.

I just had a wonderful long conversation with Tucker Bettes, Warren’s widow, who has lived in Minnesota since 1980. She is most chipper, very healthy, still snow ski’s, still working from home in a medical records endeavor, and traveling about the USA visiting far flung kids, nephews, grandkids, etc.

Warren fought off COPD his last ten years in Texas; near Austin.  He was in real estate property management most of his life.
